The local bread is very nice, and the nearby Grand Cafe Burlington serves wickedly tasty treats. My room was spick and span, and the super nice team!
Despite some noise from the street, the place still sparkles.

The staff were friendly and efficient and spoke three or more languages. The room was nice, clean and simple - not luxurious, but perfectly pleasant. We reserved parking and this was available at a reasonable price - cheaper than public parking nearby. The location was pretty quiet, but near the marina, beach and shopping centre. Breakfast was nice. This was a good hotel all round.

I was on a business trip and the Internet connection - which is one of the most important features for me - was absolutely fabolous. It was available everywhere, indoor and outdoor and the speed was 15Mbit+. I also liked breakfast: really good!
The room was really tiny and a bit stinky, due to the position (surrounded by other walls, it could not get any sun at all. The bathroom had a shower and a small seating bath with curved base. Have you ever tried to have a shower on curved steps? :) That said, I prefer the option to have a shower other than not having this option at all. To me it was absolutely ok, but some guests may complain about it.

The rooftop terrace provided amazing views and the breakfast spread was varied, with fresh pastries every morning. The staff's warmth, especially from Ellen and Nils, added a personal touch I appreciated.

The hotel is located in the city centre, on the shopping street leading to the sea, and just few meters from the yacht harbour. The room is ok, nothing remarkable. The breakfast was good (even fresh strawberry). Free Internet. One bottle (500ml) of mineral water in the room - free of charge.
Since the hotel is in the city centre, we had to use the not really spacious hotel parking (15 eur per night), which is located one block from the hotel. Not really comfortable and expensive... The price of the room is high in comparison to provided comfort. No minibar.

The room was clean and contained a fridge and safe. A decent-sized bathroom with enough space for toiletries was a nice touch.
Coffee pods failed to work in the machine in one room, hinting at possibly mismatched capsules. The noise level from outside disturbed the peace, despite having closed windows.

Very clean and modern room. Even smallest room is full functional. Professional staff. Excellent value for 75 Euro. Gorgeous breakfast with first row harbour view.

Fantastic location centre of Ostend..with private car park.at a charge still value for money..fantastic breakfast..fantastic staff..very helpfull and will do their utmost to accommodate.. The Hotel Burlington is imaculately clean, non smoking which is great...and has been refurbished top to bottom...it has a roof garden where the views over the city are amazing..it's central to the railway station and tram staton.. We have stayed here so many times...and consider ourselves regulars.....
The Hotel Burlington hasn't got a bar.....which would be a nice....... as a bar just around the corner still allows smoking which isn't what you want as a non smoker

No nonsense, just the truth
A cozy hotel experience with friendly staff! The location is a mere stroll to the beach, and the room was clean and equipped with essentials. Breakfast was satisfying with various options. Quick maintenance response when we had a concern. Parking can be tricky, so arrive early!

Location: the hotel was really close to rail station, and Brugge. I tried some drinks at bar 't Waterhuis, located 10 minutes walk away. The staff were all lovely, and the room was exceptionally nice and beautiful with a huge bathroom. The breakfast was great and the parking was on site.

The hotel is in an excellent position for the shops and for the harbour and all the eating places. The breakfast was excellent with such a choice of food. It was a shame that our room had the fire exit staircase right out side the window, but the room was comfortable. Would not hesitate to book there again.

The hotel was located very close to the town centre and transport links including the railway station, trams & buses which made it easy to daytrip from Ostend.
I found that the hot food at breakfast was only slightly warmer than luke-warm and would have been nicer to have been piping hot. The plates provided by the food warmer were only the size of side plates and would have expected them to have been much bigger with very room for sausage, baked beans & scrambled egg which was in the food warmer most mornings.
